calculation type 1: mean discharge with optional annual/ weekly/ daily pattern and scaling factor:
- C: mean value
- D, E, F: Number of the annual/ weekly/ daily pattern to be utilized
- H: scaling factor [%] (decimal number)
calculation type 2: time series/file with scaling factor
- G: Number of the file to be utilized (refer to EXT-File)
- H: scaling factor [%] (decimal number)
additional parameters:
- I: specific discharge [m³/(s km²)] (not imported by BlueM)
- J: area [km²] (not imported by BlueM)

- as of Version 0.9.6.3 the scaling factor applies to all calculation types!!!
