==Explanations==
* A: ID of the storm-water overflow basin(must begin with 'B')
* B: Basin type (DLB - through-flow basin, FB - stromflow tank, RRB - rain water retention basin)
* C: Becken im Hauptschluss (H) oder im Nebenschluss (N)
* D: Calculation type (1 - approximation, 2 - characteristic curve with a non linear-reservoir, 3 - characteristic curve iterated)
'''Calculation type 1: approximation'''
* E: basin volume
* F: throttle outflow
* G: Klärüberlaufabfluss
'''Calculation type 2 and 3: characteristic curve with a non linear-reservoir (2) or iterated (3)'''
* H: water level in the basin
* I: throttle outflow
* J: Klärüberlaubabfluss
* K: basin overflow outflow
* L: basin volume
'''General'''
* M: settling class of the basin (s - bad, m - average, g - good, h - high)
'''Steering'''
*N: Control function for a rule-based steering. For this option, analog to dam-regulation/steering, a function-file (*.FKT) and a control-file (*.KTR) must exist in which the steering- and control information is stored. Currently only steering of the throttle outflow is implemented, Klärüberlauf and basin overflow can not (yet) be varied.
*O: Steering time series: Enables the time dependent scaling of throttle outflow. So far this too is only implemented for throttle outflow. The ID of a defined time series in the *.EXT file is entered here. The values of this time series are used for scaling.
